While we aim for complete satisfaction, we understand that concerns may arise. Below is our refund policy outlining how we handle such situations. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: The request is made within 2 days of receiving the service. The haircut or grooming service clearly deviates from the agreed-upon style or instructions. A skin reaction or issue occurred due to a product used during the session (with supporting documentation). An appointment was canceled by the barbershop and a suitable reschedule could not be arranged. Non-Refundable Situations We do not issue refunds for: Personal dissatisfaction with a chosen style after the service has been completed as requested. Changes of mind after the haircut is performed. No-show or late arrivals resulting in missed appointments. Services provided more than 2 days ago. Service Correction If you are unhappy with your haircut or grooming result, we offer one complimentary fix or adjustment within 3 days of the original appointment. This must be scheduled directly with the same barber who provided the original service, when available.
